Individual ADHD Life Coaching

Curiosity. Intentional Action. Meaningful Impact.

As a Coach, and as someone who has and will continue to benefit from ADHD Coaching tools and mindset, it is a journey of curiosity and exploration driven by practical applications. A journey focused on discovering yourself and your strengths through the exploration of your life beyond your current struggles. A process in which you set intentions, break down barriers, and take accountability for your actions to reach your own personal goals and success. Through this journey, you will learn to thrive as yourself beyond the stresses and anxieties of life and those ADHD traits that have held you back.

We are all at different stages in our life’s journey. You might feel like some pieces of your puzzle are not quite fitting properly. You might feel more like a Picasso than yourself. You might feel that you have more to offer life, and that life has more to offer you if you could just get your sh*t straight. Recognizing that you want something different is a big step! It opens the door for change and growth. Then, by choosing to step through that door, you prioritize yourself, you own your intentions instead of repeating the habits that have led you down the same road of overwhelm, roadblocks, and limiting beliefs.

Why Coaching?

Get Unstuck. Find Yourself. Own Your Success.

Coaching is Practical. The development and implementation of practical and sustainable  strategies to improve your life with ADHD and personal growth are the key focus of the coaching sessions. Innovative and practical strategies that we can develop together include: Goal setting, better time management, self-care focus, prioritization, organization, boundary setting and much more.

Coaching is work. Whether you are at the early stages of learning about yourself, your ADHD or you have been learning about yourself for some time now, coaching is work. Uncovering limiting beliefs, breaking down barriers and building new strategies to live your best life is hard work, it can be frustrating and exhausting at times, but the results are deeply rewarding!
